Southwest flight changes via online process:

 

·        Visit Southwest’s website on your browser.

·        Click on Change/Cancel tab. 

·        Enter the Booking Confirmation Number.

·        Select Change Flight option.

·        Click on Search button to retrieve booking.

·        Now you can change your flight’s date, time, or destination depend as per your travel requirements.

·        If new booking costs more than previous flight, make payment for fare difference to confirm the flight change.

 

Once successfully gone through Southwest flight change process, the airline will send you a confirmation mail. The email shall contain all updated booking details. If you have to change again, you can follow same procedure to get your flight changed again. 

 

If due to some reason you don’t want or unable to change your flight online or the Southwest official website having technical issues, you can also request a flight change via phone call. You will also be required to provide all the original booking details (confirmation code and passenger’s name. You can also get help to any queries related to the Southwest flight change fee over the phone call.
